Anyone else think Kate is a hypocrite?

Kate is upset that Logan wants to possibly see where the date may go with Lindsey, but when Hayden asked her out on a date she was quick to say yes. She did not hesitate at all, so why is it a problem for Logan to see where things could go. Am I the only one that thinks this is unfair of Kate to be so upset and disappointed?
