Visa run to Oman through Abudhabi airport

Hello community.

I was wondering if any one went to Oman through Abu Dhabi airport for a visa run? How was the process? Would there be an issue flying from Abudhabi airport to Oman, stay there for few hours and then come back and get another 30 days visa? I am an “30 days visa on arrival “ national.

Appreciate it if anyone can share their experience and what to expect.
