Eating habits on a regular day
I keep seeing amazing progress posts about people dropping huge amounts of weight and that is awesome! It makes me so excited and happy for my future success and thankful to have such a life changing medication.
Aside from starting the medicine, what does your eating pattern look like on a daily basis? Since starting the medicine my eating portion has decreased but I still can work on the types of food I’m eating and am looking for some advice. I think that may be why my weight loss has been stalled or slower than others big success. I want to be able to maximize the medicine effect and lose the most I can while I have because insurance and coverage have been scaring me and I feel like my progress is so underwhelming compared to some posts. I started in 09/22 at 452 and now am on 15mg zep and weight 376 so not even 100 pounds yet.
