People who have lost a significant amount of weight, what has changed in your life as a result of losing the weight?
I’m trying to get pumped up about starting my weight loss journey and wanted to hear some victory stories from you great people! Would love to hear anecdotes about things think activities you couldn’t do before when you were overweight that you now can, how your body feels now that you lost the weight, how your interactions with people have changed etc.
For some background I’m currently 6’ and 340 lbs and am hoping to get down to the 220 range sometime over the next few years. My main motivation to lose weight is to be able to do more active things with my kids and to be able to do the active things that I enjoyed when I was younger again.
