Has anyones anxiety gotten dramatically worse since taking Wegovy?

I started taking Effexor the same day as I started Wegovy (I was on Olanzapine prior so it could be that) but ever since I’ve been having panic attacks most mornings which my doctor told me it’d take a few weeks to kick in but so far my mental health has fallen to $h!t
