65k venue in NYC???

I’m looking to get married and have a reception in or around NYC (Westchester , New Jersey, Brooklyn or queens). I would like to have around 150-170 people and want it to be more casual. Kind of like a bar or event space instead of the whole banquet style wedding. Any recommendations for venues/bars/ restaurants for that size of people whiteout killing the bank?
