Finished this in about 5 days, roughly 3-5hrs of study every day.

My advice: - the course material is very useful because it has the Dion Cram Sheet and the Dion Study Guide. - don’t read the book unless you want extra clarification on a certain definition. - understand the SVS and the SVC to understand the differences between whats inside and out of these(it will make it easier). - The videos for the cohort are extremely helpful to understand the key concepts and what the test questions look like. - take the Dion test(2 or 3 max) on Udemy, these are a little harder than the actual test, but its good prep. - think value to customer - think bigger picture of value and service. • Don’t waste time reading the whole book and if you still don’t understand some of the material , Please reach out to the instructor for better explanations, this should be a 1 and done class but it seems a lot of people miss the first try, because some of the terminology can seem confusing.
