Hi I work at veg. This is my first ER experience, I really liked veg until they started messing with management. They just assigned shift leads and honestly it’s been a nightmare. These shift leads are just micromanaging everyone and reporting everything to the overall management. It’s become really exhausting to have someone nitpick and micromanage every move you make when you’re just trying to do your job. It honestly feels like we have more management than workers at this point.. and the shift leads have stopped participating in the work and just tell people what to do now. Does anyone have any advise or experience dealing with shift leads?
