Does the matchmaker purposely give you weaker teammates to compensate consecutive win?

The 3 games that eventually lead to my derank, feels impossible to play (everyone performing under 200 tracker score), dry peeking every corner or walk into enemy operator one by one. The quality of my team feels extremely bad in these specific match, and it's not the first time it happened to me.
