has anyone been bullied at university?

anyone experienced being bullied at university? specifically at a Russell group or ivy league? specifically in a mass kind of way with alot of bystanders or people complicit

It happened to me and i was blown away as i just never understood it happening at university, i just understood it as a political environment were everyone was conscious and put their right foot forward
