a very stupid question

to be honest, whats stopping the characters from sending a bunch of bullets the soul just cant avoid? I mean technically because of how undertale likes to fool around and stuff, nothing is stopping a monster from sending a line of just bullet in your way. Not like it would require a lot of power to send it either...
