New comers of this thread vs. the OG’s
Plainly put I’ve seen an uptick in the amount of people this sub has, through out the last few years. I also see a lot of new comers to this subject who share the sentiments of Steven Greer. When I was new to this, I was infatuated with him as well, considering his earlier work had some validity to it, but as time goes on, you start to see who the charlatans and grifters are. If there’s money involved? 🚩 if there’s promises of evidence? 🚩 if there are people discussing things that aren’t tied to NDA’s but speak as if they do? 🚩
To anyone who hasn’t been up on this since before The NY Times post, I would encourage you guys to start with prominent people such as the Jacques Vallee, Avi Loeb, Garry Nolan, George Knapp. And even after ingesting their content, take all this information with a grain of salt. The Steven Greer content is muddying the waters. I’ve come to find the more sane people on these threads are quiet and don’t have much to say, which I understand is an oxy-moron for me to be posting. But the threads that garnish the most attention are the ones where the users spend an incredible amount of time with facts, articles, video, photos compiled to make a sound argument to share with us and not so much the rudimentary posts asking “what if’s”. It’s great table talk with the homies and a few beers, but we also don’t want this community to become as crazy and wacked out as the religious counterparts.
