which english composition class should i take?

hii, i'm figuring out my schedule for the winter quarter rn and need to take an english composition class. i've already taken uwp 001 this fall and i really liked that it was 4 units and still like no workload. i want something similar which is 3 or 4 units that does not require too much time as i have heavy stem classes too. mainly does anyone know if i can take enl3 even though i've already taken uwp 001? because i know people take either or, but i just wanted to know if i was allowed to and if i would receive full credit for it (just need to take another class that requires some sort of english composition)

if not, my other options apart from enl3 were: uwp 101y, uwp 007 (i have heard that it is still a lot of writing), uwp 048 (idk if this is eng composition tho) uwp 102a, uwp 104a (have heard it's easy but i am a bio major and don't know anything about business), and uwp 104FY

if i cant do enl3, i just need to take the one that has the lowest workload and time commitment (other eng composition suggestions are cool too) thanks!
