why can’t you ask regular trans groups about whether you need dysphoria to be trans or not?

i tried to ask trans reddit about the dysphoria debate but i brought up gender incongruence and how every time i see someone argue that you don’t need dysphoria they mention euphoria or say something along the lines that if you want to transition your trans or say something about having no body dysphoria but having social dysphoria. but what i am not getting is how tf those things are not gender incongruence? and if these people believe you don’t need any gender incongruence at all to be trans? like at this point i’m convinced everyone that thinks you don’t need dysphoria just defines dysphoria in a much more rigid way than i do.

but anyways my post got deleted and i got banned from trans reddit for trying to have a friendly discussion and trying to understand these people 🙄 and also told i need to “learn how to interact with the community i claim to be apart of” and that i was challenging trans people’s existence. also that i have earned no right to question the admins because i “have never once been active in any lgbt communities” which i presume they mean reddit communities on some chronically online bs because ive been very active irl lmfao.
