What are good reasons for me to transfer?

I'm currently a freshman at Fordham University and i'm an Econ major. Honestly I feel like fordham mainly puts their focus into the business school, and Econ isn't apart of the business school so we feel a bit neglected at times lol. The school is also really small and I don't really like living in the Bronx. I'm just struggling to find solid reasons to transfer that I can put on my essays. Please give tips on strong reasons I can mention!!!
