App is asking me to schedule delivery but the date/time options don't work. Location is also far. Can't get through by calling!

Hi Tesla community,

I ordered a MYLRRD in blue exterior, black interior, 19 gemini wheels with full self driving capacity on 7/6. I was surprised to get a VIN assigned on the morning of 7/8. And in the afternoon, I got a notification asking me to schedule the delivery with EDD July 8-16. Everything moved so fast to my delight! However, I have a crazy busy week and I can't pick up until next week but I don't see options to delay it on the app. It also assigned me to Buena Park and I'm in LA so that's about 60 miles and inconvenient. How do I get a Tesla Advisor to talk to me? I've called 888-518-3752 several times but it goes to a full voicemail. I messaged on the app two hours ago but haven't heard back. I've just heard horror stories about Tesla cancelling your order if you don't pick up during the EDD so I want to get this figured out right away but I can't get through!
