Best used secondary phone

I use an iPhone 15 Plus as my main phone, and I'm looking to get a secondary phone as a toss-about for taking photos where I don't want to use my 15+ or my Canon DSLR, so if I drop or break the phone accidentally, I wouldn't care.

I live in Australia.

I'm happy to spend $120-140 AU on an iPhone, (preferably a 12 or 13, as the 11 is getting a bit old now, and the 14s are still way too expensive)

or

$100-120 on a Samsung (preferably an A50 or A70 series phone, so the top-end mid-range, or an S20, S21, or Note 20, as the S10 and Note 10 are too old, and S22s will be to expensive)
