What if Helly was reintegrated?

We learned that reintegration makes those split memories become one. The person who gets reintegrated has both their work memories and personal memories.

So it might be reasonable to say after reintegration, iMark and oMark basically become the one.

Innies and outies usually have different personalities (to me). They have different motivations and goals. We saw this both in Helly’s and Mark’s storyline. For example Helly’s outie and innie is so different than each other. The only common thing they have is their determination. One’s is to Lumon/Kier, other’s is to freedom.

What is confusing me that how a person would proceed his life after reintegration. What would they do? How would they feel? Will Mark still get excited when he sees Helly? Or how will he react if he sees Ms Casey? Idk it seems too complicated to me. There must be an inner war between the innie and the outtie.

What if Helly would get herself reintegrated? It would be much more complicated than Mark’s. Would she be more like Helly or Helena? This may sound weird but which “personality” would be in charge of her decisons/actions?

Idk guys my mind is blowing. I have so many questions…
