[question] [SNK809?] with fixing?

I recently just got into watches as my fiancé got me a Seiko alpinist for our engagement. I normally just wear an Apple Watch but now find appreciation for mechanical watches. My buddy gave me this model (I think) SNK809 with a 7S26C movement about a decade ago but it hasn’t worked in years. It’s beat up and the moment doesn’t work. It looks like the rotor is really loose as it’s flopping all over. I see they retail for about $200 today. Would it be worth it to fix it?
