Thoughts on St@y BGC please

Hi! Probinsyana here and planning to live independently since sobrang nakakapagod yung commute. I actually visited earlier pero I still want to know personal and honest reviews from those who lived/are living there. Wala naman ba hidden fees? Salary is not that big pero pinabukod na kasi ako so I also wanna know how much yung utilities. Is the wifi connection okay? Did not explore the whole street pero may mga malapit na murang kainan and laundry place ba? Is it safe around the area mas lalo na if mejo gabihin?
