Finding Raft Players: Alternative Platforms

Since Raft doesn't show ongoing online servers except for Steam friends (and currently, I don't have Steam friends who play Raft), are there any other platforms where I can find active players to join or invite to play? For example, Discord, the Steam community, or WhatsApp?

Sorry if this has already been answered; I am a newbie and just bought the game.
