what 4TB SSD to get?

I'm still debating what 4TB SSD to buy.. don't want to spend much more than 300€
I was aiming for the P3 Plus but then heard that file transfers get very slow the more something is being transfered to it at the same time.
Lexar NM790 is cheap TLC but apparently is has a high failure rate..

Samsung 990 Pro is expensive but still tolerable.. but whats with the temperatures... ?
WD Black SN850X .. same thing.. I have a WD SN770M in my legion go and it reaches 105°C with heatsink installed...

What would you guys recommend?
