Best OS for RG35XXH

So I‘m done with the Stock OS and I was thinking about switching to a CFW. I want a firmware which can scrape the boxarts of my games by itself with wi-fi and I‘d also like to have retro achievements enabled. Tried out MuOS but I can‘t get retroachievements to work and scraping of the boxarts is a lot of work for me, I‘d rather habe a firmware which can scrape it in the RG35XXH menu itself. Any recommendations?

Oh and I‘d also like to play N64 games on it if that‘s important to know.
