ancient polaroid 210 questions

i got this absolutely ancient polaroid camera at an estate sale, and i need to know everything. what film, how to pop out the thingy on the inside. this camera was there to witness anne boleyn’s execution it’s so goddamn old and it would be nice to bring it to life again.
