Is there a way to pirate language learning apps?

I've heard duolingo isn't the best for learning a language, so I got thinking, why isn't there a way to pirate language learning apps/courses, just like you can pirate anything else?

I've heard pimsleur and babbel are some of the best, so does anybody know if it's possible to get ones like them?
