able to enhance image & remove my friend's shoulder?

I need this photo to be in 1080 x 1080 px (minimally), and if possible for my friend's shoulder (the cardigan to the right of the photo) to be removed (I still love my friend I just need an individual shot 🥹).

providing both the AI-enhanced version of the image, as well as the original cropped image (#2) - not sure which is more helpful!
