EDM scene in the Philippines?

I don't mean, does the Philippines have clubs that play dance music. That kinda goes without saying.

I mean, clubs or raves that people that follow EDM would enjoy. Places that consciously invite DJs, tap into local EDM producers and DJs, EDM festivals, etc.
