Planning to play Mass Effect for the 1st time, should I start with Mass Effect one?

So I just found out na kasali na ang Mass Effect sa game pass. I'm new to the franchise so I'm trying it out for the 1st time. Would you recommend starting with the 1st installment? A game's story matters to me but at the same time may pagka maarte kasi ako na gamer, like for example I went backwards by trying out Assassin's Creed Origins after finishing Assassin's Creed Odyssey because I enjoyed Odyssey so much, pero pagdating sa Origins nagmamadali akong tapusin because the graphics and the gameplay weren't as developed as that of Odyssey's. So ano say niyo? Is starting with the first game worth it?
