Credit limit Increase UB APP

Has anyone here tried requesting a credit limit increase through the UB app? I tried it, and when it asked if I had a different credit card, I selected "Yes," but whenever I entered the card number, it kept saying "invalid credit card." The card I was using is a Security Bank Wave Mastercard. I was hoping they could match or offer a higher limit since my UB card only has a 16k limit, while my Security Bank card has a 55k limit. Union Bank has other offers, like the 0% installment plan, which isn't available with Security Bank. I was hoping to get through the process without needing to submit documents since I’m freelancing and don't have an ITR or other required paperwork. Unfortunately, I also don't have a savings account with them.
