Did nog receive unionbank otp

Since last night di ako naka pag receive ng otp from unionbank I also tried registering in Vybe account by BPI I also didn't receive any otp.

Has anyone encounter the same situation as me?

I tried doing airplane mode, switching sim card to a different phone and still no otp. I tried letting my friend text because maybe my sim card is expiring or not working, but I receive an SMS and I was also able to use my mobile data.
