Visiting in early October + hidden gems!

Hi all! Visiting Olympic NP for the second time, however this is my first time visiting during the fall season. I was wondering what the weather conditions are typically like during early October in areas such as Hurricane Ridge, Kalaloch/Ruby beach and Hoh Rainforest. Seeing as this is my second visit I am also hoping to explore some other off-the-beaten path/under-appreciated parts of the park. Any info is appreciated! :)
