Action movie with 2 women who fight bad guys

It's most likely a 90's action movie, possibly a thriller. I only remember 2 scenes from it. I watched it as a kid on a VHS.

Scene 1: Two women enter a house and speak to some guys. Then more guys appear and there's a fight. These two women beat them all up pretty badly and leave the house.

Scene 2: A guy pulls another guy inside an elevator and threatens him (can't remember why but I think he didn't do something that they had agreed on). He has a sharp steel hook that he uses to inflict pain on the other guy by putting it in his mouth and pulling his cheek with it.
