Skill Caps over Dev Traits!

I feel too many people be putting weight into the dev traits. It took me awhile to realize that it truly isn’t that important. I’ve had 5 star elite devs that barely got close to 88 overall and impact ones that have got up to 93.

Yes they do go hand in hand but a minimally capped impact dev will most likely be better than an elite dev with big caps in important skills. So don’t get sad if your number one recruit doesn’t end up being an elite dev. Check those stat caps and hopefully it will make you feel better 😂
