Huayna Potosi, Chimbaroso, or other low technical 6000m peak options in S. America in December?

I’m planning to go on my honeymoon next December / over Christmas. My wife has always wanted to go to Patagonia and do the W trek. I get to pick a week of what I want to do after in South America. I thought a relatively non-technical 6000m peak + some spa days would be cool (we just got back from Machu Picchu and reached the Salkantay Pass, which was the highest I’ve been). Huayna Potosi + days in La Paz seems awesome, but it’s literally the worst time to be there (rainy 50% of days). So I was thinking after the W trek, 2 - 3 days in Santiago, and then do a 4 day acclimatization + trek up Chimbaroso. Anyone have thoughts on Potosi, Chimabroso, or any other mountain I should consider in that time?
