Comestic mods online

Hey everyone hope you're doing fine.

I just downloaded the "No more slap on weapon" that basically changes how the weapons look (and only the looks) and I'm wondering if there's any issue with using mods like this.

Saw a few people using the transmog mod already but who knows.. I just don't want to get banned
