Java and animal despawn

I’m concerned what will despawn because I’m building a zoo. So I’m curious what animals despawn without a name tag. Basically plan on getting every major creature from sniffer to panda to allay. Which ones despawn on Java if I must own them up and leave them. This is after I try to feed them most likely
