Twitch never gave me my cape.

When the 15 year anniversary of the game came around, I wanted to go ahead and get all the capes. I got the normal cape just fine, and the tiktok cape was easy, but then the twitch cape came around...

When it first came out, I didn't really understand the instructions, so I just watched iron mouse play qsmp for 15 minutes, as she was the only big creator at the time that was online. They didn't have drops on at the time, so I didn't get anything.

The next day I actually went to a Minecraft stream with drops on, and it gave me the popup! I clicked accept, and waited for 15-20 minutes. I heard from other people that it takes a while after the 15 minutes for twitch to process you did it, so I waited a few days.. nothing

I watched 2 other Minecraft streams for 15 minutes in vain hope that it might work, but nothing went through. So in the end, I went ahead and decided to contact twitch support

To their credit, they responded very quickly, however by their second response, they... Started talking about the mask? I explicitly mentioned the cape in my first ticket, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt, maybe it got lost somewhere. I sent a email back explaining that I wanted the cape, not the mask

They closed the ticket after I sent that, with no way of me making another one

This genuinely makes me mad that twitch has this kind of support, but I just took my losses and moved on. However now that I see other people having the cape, it makes me really wonder if there's a way I can get it back. Does reddit have any advice?
