Workout consistency?

So I don’t think we know what really causes Ménière but let’s say it is the blood flow where we’re not getting enough circulation to our ear. How often should we be working out?

I’ve been walking every day even before the Ménière’s diagnosis but only once a day I’m trying to work in a morning walk also to see if that helps for my balance really sucks in the morning for some reason, but I still do it. Maybe it will help my balance over all also.
