Missed several oil changes, what can I have a tech look for?

No judgment please, I feel bad enough as it is. I skipped several oil changes on my hybrid. I’m going to get the oil changed tomorrow. What can I ask at the oil change place to check for? I want to have it put into the notes that it was checked. 2013 Toyota Prius, 152,000 miles
