Any opinions about MSx and Sloan Fellows MBA as an International?

Any International guys who underwent such programs? How's recruiting for post-MBA jobs? I saw somewhere here you could have someone in your cohort that has hiring decision for MBB, which is a good thing.

If someone is already 30+ yo, when should they consider undergoing these programs instead as opposed to a FT?
