Where to find kinito’s distorted/cursed voice?

hello!! i know alot of questions about how you get kinito’s voice are asked here (male 3 pitch 120 yeah yeah i know) but thats not what im gonna ask actually! i was wondering how to get kinitos voice like where he says “LETS PLAY A GAME .” kinda all “saw” like. i see others be able to replicate it so i was thinking thats probably also a text to speech thing? any help is appreciated!
