Suggestion for the sub

I recently saw a post here from u/Guerepanda about a lot of people constantly asking for builds and runes, as wel as "how to play kassadin".

My suggestion is to have a written guide, with some YT videos in it that can be referred to. Also a pinned post every new patch just for builds and runes discussion.

1. This would avoid the sub being flooded with the same question.

2. This would create a great space for both new players to find answers and experienced players to share their findings on buildpaths.
