Great JRPG without excessive dialogue?

Seeking recommendations for a JRPG with great gameplay, but without excessively long dialogue or cut scenes. Im a dad with maybe an hour to game (max) per day, so games like that are tough to play through even if they're good.

Here are JRPGs I loved:

- Octopath 1 & 2 (2 was way better)

- Star Ocean Second Story R

- Ys 8/9 (i fast forwarded some of the dialogue, but the gameplay and music was worth it)

- Love the monster hunter games (not truly JRPG I know, but I love the complex systems and combat)

Preferred platform/console: Steam or Switch

Any recommendations for a busy dad who wants to enjoy a JRPG for the systems and gameplay?
