Intel Arc A380 for h.265 video work

TLDR, I have a Ryzen 3700X, 64GB DDR4 3600 and a GTX 1080 8GB.

I'll be upgrading to a Ryzen 5950x and a 4070 Ti Super 16GB. Reusing my mobo/Ram.

I would like to run an intel Arc GPU for h.265 video editing as I cannot afford a complete rebuild swapping to intel i9 parts.

I would be using Davinci Studio and the A380 would be working as the Encoder, with the 4070 as decoder.
I'll be editing versions of:
ProRes 422HQ in 4k
10 bit h.265 in 4k / 8k
Nraw 12 bit in 4k/8k
Possibly a future of RedCode Raw.

Question: Would the A580 or A750 be a more worthy investment?

I cant really find benchmarks for these arc GPUs for video editing in Resolve.
