Help!
Hello all, I own a van that works for Intelcom/Dragonfly deliveries. A few weeks ago the driver my van is assigned to hit a taxi driver from the rear. They exchanged the pink slips and everything. And today I got a call from my adjuster claiming “that driver is not added on the policy” even though he is supposed to be added to the policy. The claim was made on 19th Dec. but TD claims that the adjuster tried to call me couple times and left voicemails as he couldn’t get a hold of me. I asked her which number was I supposed to receive a call from and she shared two number with me. I hadn’t received a call from either so I asked for my adjusters contact details from the csr and she shared it with me. I tried calling that number couple times and kept hearing that this number is not assigned. So I left a mail but it seemed like the email provided was wrong as well because I didn’t get a reply for couple hours. Finally, I called them back and requested the CSR to ask my adjuster to call me back and received a call 10 mins ago. He said “they might cancel my policy or increase my premium as the accident involved an unlisted driver.”
Does anybody have any idea what can I do in this situation? Thanks in advance!
