Bad customer service with receipts

Got myself the X4 for Xmas and also go Flexicare. When I got the app it said it you registered you device you would get extra 3 months warranty (not Flexicare but regular warranty) but when I registered I didn't actually get the extension applied. O immediately reached out to support and they told me they would investigate...the get back to me almost a MONTH later to tell me the offer is no longer available. They literally waited till the offer stopped being available to respond to me. Today they made the insta360+ available in the US and some of the plans include flexicare. I reached out to ask if they can refund what I paid last month if I get the the subscription...and they merged the ticket with the person who intentionally waited a month so they could refuse me the extra 3 months.....so guess we know what answer I am going to get.
