Please please stop putting hourglasses in front of NPCs/clickable quest items :')

Don't get me wrong, I LOVE the hourglass feature and use it all the time! But please please please can we stop putting hourglasses directly in front of NPCs/clickable quest items? It's super annoying to keep accidentally clicking on them and having to hide them manually when I'm trying to talk to an NPC or something.
