4th DB or 2nd Ruyi?

Like many i just got my 5th trans and have dilema of what splendid artifact to go for next. I have sfx, sqh, swj, fqv, atd (only as tenant). Have 12 DB, 4 MStrings, 4AMB, 4dildo, 4 ruyi. I have not completed vanquisher and im on void campaign 1-3-1. Currrently farm void realm on 115. What would bring more progress in terms of void realm, campaign and vortex: 2nd ruyi to put on on LoA or a 4th splendid DB for overall use and to later change sfx for sde?
