Alien dessert search

I have seen many people getting the pink desserts and they say they are OP. Are these available for F2P? I mean i get perhaps 3/40 shards out of some random dessert. That would take perhaps 10 years to gather the shards of just that specific dessert as F2P. Or can you get the entire dessert in one search?
