Help! Fridge leaking milky liquid and I don't know why

I woke up this morning to a HUGE puddle in my kitchen of a milk-like substance coming from under the fridge. I cleaned it up before taking a pic but it's coming back pretty quickly actually... this one was taken about 15 minutes after I cleaned up.

It doesn't seem to smell, it's not sticky, the fridge is still cold inside and nothing seems to be leaking inside the refrigerator. This is in a rental where pulling it out myself would be less than ideal unless I have a lead on a simple resolution to avoid my landlord visiting lol.
